The design direction is great. That's good news for Nissan. I can't stand a lot of the bland stuff that's been coming out.

Definitely agree. It's a huge untapped market for them. I think they can really increase sales in that area and it's got better than average profit margins.

I don't think there is an official date yet.

I'm leaning this way as well. I would prefer a V6. Something with a bit more torque and less complicated. A decent turbo 4 would be OK though, but add in the hybrid and I dunno if I'm feeling that.

Nissan has been pretty boring for a while, but it sounds like they finally realize that and actually want to fix it. According to The Drive, Nissan’s leadership is pushing hard to bring back some of the stuff enthusiasts have been asking for—things like heritage parts support, restomod kits...

I can't wait to see what the aftermarket comes up with for this design. I think the opportunities are endless.
